Andorra is a magical destination for families looking to share unforgettable moments. The ski resorts offer activities designed to have a great time during Easter with children. In this article we talk about the activities you’ll find in Grandvalira, Naturland and Vallnord ski resorts. Unlimited fun in Grandvalira – A paradise for little skiers Grandvalira is the perfect ski resort to start your Easter Week with children. Here, the little ones can learn to ski in safe and fun areas, such as the ski schools, while mums and dads ski on their own. Afterwards, you can join the whole family to ski the themed circuits where you can have fun together. – Activities for the whole family In addition to skiing, Grandvalira offers all kinds of activities.Such as the 550-metre-long zip line over the Forn lake and the 555-metre-long Magic Gliss slide, both located in the Canillo sector. In Grau Roig, you can learn how to build igloos using different techniques, go dog-sledding or explore the forest on a snowmobile or snowshoes. In Soldeu, the Snake Gliss awaits you, an original après-ski activity. When the resort closes, the fun begins on an articulated sledge driven by an instructor, which slides down the Astoret, Os and Bosc Fosc slopes.Choose the ones you like best and… have a great time with your family 😉 ! In Pal-Arinsal activities go beyond skiing In the resort of La Massana you’ll also find many proposals for enjoying the snow. You can combine them with skiing and choose the ones that best suit your children’s ages.Activities include toboggan runs to slide down different slopes on sledges or donuts. There is also a Big Zip zip line and another one specially designed for the younger ones: the Kid’s Zip. And of course the challenging Big Airbag, a giant mattress, with three jumping platforms at 1, 3 and 5 metres. Adventures and nature at Naturland This is another essential stop on your Easter Week with children in Andorra. This park, located in the parish of Sant Julià de Lòria, offers outdoor activities ideal for the whole family. It is composed of two different areas: elevation 1600 and elevation 2000.The 1600 level houses the area where the centre’s recreational activities take place. Among the most outstanding are the pedal buggies, Tubbing Kids, the Xtrem Jump, the Airtrekk or the Forestline, a zip line through the forest. Not forgetting the Tobotronc, the world’s longest nature toboggan run, 5.3 kilometres long and with a 400-metre drop. At the 2000 m elevation, you can go cross-country skiing in winter and it is the starting point for several hiking and mountain biking routes in summer. The Naturland Bike Center and the horse riding centre, among other attractions, are also located here. Canillo’s new activity: Splash! Andorra’s adventures don’t end when the slopes close. After a day of thrills in the snow, the fun continues with Splash. This is the new water slide activity at the Palau de Gel swimming pool in Canillo. You can slide down 3 slides with a height of 7 metres and a length of 53 metres. This activity is suitable for children aged 10 and over with a minimum height of 1.20 metres. Children aged 3 to 12 can also have fun on the new slides installed in the small indoor pool. Easter with children in Andorra is synonymous with fun and adventure.
