New tracks
Ordino-Arcalís, which already joined the resort last year, is also included in any of the Grandvalira (one-day, multi-day or seasonal) ski passes.
A new access to tracks is opened from Peretol. This new sector is located in Bordes de Envalira between Soldeu and Grau Roig.
In total 5 new tracks have been created throughout the station that are distributed in Grau Roig, Soldeu and Peretol.
New Infrastructures
Pla de les Pedres’ chair lift has been prolonged to decongest the area of the Cubil in Grau Roig. It will become the longest in Andorra.
A debutant zone has also been enabled on the platform that flies over the river in the Soldeu sector. The platform, which was created to host the first Alpine skiing world cup finals that took place in Andorra last year, will have 450 parking spaces on the lower levels.
And finally, the 3 snow parks of Grandvalira, including the Tarter, will also improve their infrastructure.
New activities
Children can start snowboarding at the age of 3 from this season in the snow schools of Soldeu, El Tarter and Canillo. In addition, snowmobiles are also incorporated in Grau Roig’s. In the ski schools, kids do not only learn to ski but also become familiar with all kinds of snow activities.
The new Peretol sector will also incorporate a mountain ski circuit, totally free like the others.
We will enjoy a new attraction in Soldeu: the snake-gliss. An activity to enjoy with the family when the skiing day ends, since it is only available when closing tracks. In this activity you can slide all over the track on sledges with driver. Don’t stop trying it!
