We tell you all the things you can do these days in Andorra to have a great time after skiing. Take note!
Ice skating
Just a short distance from the hotel is the Canillo ice palace. It offers the possibility of ice skating and go-karting on the rink, two very fun activities for the whole family. So when the day’s skiing or snow activities are over, the fun continues on the ice rink.
Canillo is just a 5-minute drive from the hotel and the ice rink is in a sports centre which also has a swimming pool, gym, tennis and squash courts open to the public.
Strolling around the Canillo Nativity Scene
Without leaving Canillo, we suggest that you visit the village where at this time of year you will find its giant Nativity Scene with life-size figures scattered throughout its nooks and crannies and alleyways. You can see up to 200 figures representing the different scenes of the Nativity Scene, which have become a tradition and an attraction.
Enjoy the fashionable après-ski
The most famous après-ski meeting point in Andorra is in El Tarter, very close to the hotel. This place has recently reopened its doors in a new location.
The best afternoons and evenings are spent at L’Abarset in a total après-ski atmosphere, with music, good atmosphere and gastronomy.
Visit the Christmas Park
The capital offers a Christmas park, close to the main shopping areas, with a giant slide and an artificial ice rink for the little ones. You can also take the opportunity to stroll through the streets and discover the Christmas lights and decorations. Until 5 January, children can visit the magical post office and hand in their letters to the menairons, the magical elves of Andorra who help the Three Wise Men.
