We have good news! On July 18th we’ll be by your side again. So you just have to think about your vacation in Andorra, we’ll take care of the rest. We open with total security applying new measures to prevent Covid transmission. We’ll tell you more about it here.

Our main concern: our customers and staff

We apply minimum social distancing measures to avoid crowding within the common areas. In addition, the use of the mask is mandatory for the staff attending the public but also for the rest. Likewise, they will receive the necessary PPE adapted to each job. For our guests, too, they are mandatory inside the hotel, in all common areas and in the restaurant until they are seated at the table. Inside the rooms, of course, they are not mandatory while you are alone with your family.

On the other hand, the restaurant menus will disappear, by law, and will be available online by downloading a QR.

Cleaning and disinfection measures

To prevent the spread of Covid-19, we have increased the cleaning of the common areas, the rooms and all the areas of the hotel. We have intensified the disinfection of the objects of greater contact such as door handles, railings, switches, doors, remote controls… We also use more effective viricide products to disinfect.

We have adopted these measures following the recommendations of the Andorran Ministry of Health and we will revise them according to the evolution of the pandemic.

Enjoy the mountains and the fresh air

In Andorra you will enjoy many activities without crowds in the open air with complete peace of mind as all places have adapted new measures and protocols to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Our situation is unbeatable in the middle of Grandvalira station. Nearby you can enjoy easy access to the Inclés Valley, the Canillo Family Park with the whole family and the Soldeu Golf Course, the highest in Europe.

This summer don’t stay at home and enjoy a well-deserved holiday in the mountains of Andorra. We open our doors again with total security and we hope to see you very soon. Book now!
